We wanted to let you know about a scam that is currently happening.

Several people have reported receiving text messages that appear to be from Pastor Sal Bono asking for money or requesting that you contact me urgently. Please know that these messages are not from me and are part of a scam.

I will never reach out via text or email asking for money or personal favors in this way.

If you receive a message like this:

• Do not respond.

• Do not click on any links.

• Do not send any money or personal information.

If you’re ever unsure whether a message from me is legitimate, please get in touch with the church office directly.
